If you have never used Tony’s Cajun seasoning then you are missing out. It is the perfect Cajun seasoning I have found and you can get it in most grocery stores. If you look at my older post Cajun Broil Foil Packs post I use this awesome seasoning in it as well.

The first thing you want to do after preheating your oven is cutting down the top and bottom of the shell. You’ll have to use your finger and pull the lobster away from the shell. Once you have all that done you’ll be able to pull the lobster to sit on top of the shell.

Next evenly disrupt the butter on each lobster tail. If you want you can melt the butter before and brush it evenly on the lobster tails. Then season each tail with the Tony’s seasoning. Now it’s time to pop them in the oven.

The lobster tails I cooked were 4 oz tails and I cooked them for 8 minutes and they turned out perfect. I heard people say a minute per ounce, but I’ve tried that before and came out with raw lobster tails. If you are unsure if it is cooked you can always cut into it and see. You want a white color to all of the tail and not any transparency.

Now all you need is some melted butter and lemon juice to serve on the side to dip your delicious lobster tail in.
