Notes
If you want to save some time use a food processor to mix the refried beans and taco seasoning together. This will also save your arm from a lot of work
If you want your beans not a thick you can add some vegetable oil to the beans to thin them out. Just add a little at a time so you don't add too much.
When I'm making this for an adult crowd I like to add some hot sauce like Louisiana hot sauce to the beans. It gives a little kick which I love
If you have a favorite guacamole recipe you can use that. You will just need a 1/2 cup less of the salsa. Or if you want to buy some premade guacamole eliminate the avocados and lime form the recipe.
When spreading the sour cream on top of the guacamole you want to be careful to not mix the guacamole and sour cream together. You want to have defiant layers. The same when adding the salsa on top of the sour cream
Make this the day of to prevent the guacamole from browning and the layer mixing together
