- 8 Oz Goat cheese
- 1 1/2 Cups Fresh cranberries
- 1 1/2 Cups Pomegranate seeds 1 pomegranate
- 1 Package Puff pastry
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Water
Thaw pastry sheets and preheat oven to 400 degrees
Add cranberries, pomegranate, water, and sugar to a pot over high heat. Cook for 15 minutes while stirring then remove from heat
Lay out pastry sheet and roll a little bit. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes of pastry sheet.
Lay parchment paper on 2 baking sheets and place dough cutouts on top.
Push down the center of eat cut out and then put cranberry mixture on top and the goat cheese
Cook in oven for 20 minutes or until the dough starts to turn golden
