Grandma’s Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 6 oz blue cheese
  • 5 oz processed cheddar cheese spread
  • 2 tbsp grated onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped bell green pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped pimento
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1/2 cup ground pecans

Instructions

  • Let all cheese soften before starting
  • In a medium bowl combine all the cheeses and stir really well
  • Add the onion, Worcestershire sauce, green peppers, and pimentos and mix together with the cheeses
  • Shape into a ball
  • Wrap in plastic wrap and then in foil and refrigerate for an hour to harden, even better if you can leave it overnight refrigerated
  • Take the ball out of the refridgerator and roll the cheese ball in the pecans
  • Serve with your favorite crackers
