This simple black bean dip requires minimal ingredients and can be thrown together in less than 10 minutes. Perfect for your next get together or just an afternoon snack.

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and put the lid on
Start to blend the dip for a minute or so
Take off the lid and scrape down the sides of the bowl of the food processor then cover and blend some more
Repeat the above step 2 more times
Transfer to a serving bowl and cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving

Notes
You have to use pickled jalapenos for this recipe because the jalapeno brine is an important ingredient. This isn't spicy, but you can add extra jalapenos if you want to add a little more spice
Using a food processor makes this recipe so quick to make. If you don't have one use a blender
Be sure and stop the mixing processes to scrape down the side of the bow of the food processor. You want to make sure everything gets blended together.
Refrigerate for about an hour before serving. It makes it so much better.
Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips or even use as a spread.
