Spicy Parmesan Ranch Almonds

  • 1 cup of whole almonds
  • 1/8 cup of egg whites
  • 1 1/2 TSP ranch dressing seasoning
  • 1 TSP Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 TSP red pepper flakes


  • Preheat your oven to 275 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • In a small bowl combined the almonds and egg whites and mix very well to make sure every almond is coated with egg white
  • Drain any leftover egg whites and then mix in the ranch dressing seasoning
  • Now line out the almonds on the baking sheet and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes and mix around
  • Cook for about 20-25 minutes stirring a couple times.
  • Let completely cool before serving
