Spicy Parmesan Ranch Almonds
These spicy ranch Parmesan almonds are such a tasty treat you can put together for the perfect snack.
Servings 1 cup
- 1 cup of whole almonds
- 1/8 cup of egg whites
- 1 1/2 TSP ranch dressing seasoning
- 1 TSP Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 TSP red pepper flakes
Preheat your oven to 275 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a small bowl combined the almonds and egg whites and mix very well to make sure every almond is coated with egg white
Drain any leftover egg whites and then mix in the ranch dressing seasoning
Now line out the almonds on the baking sheet and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes and mix around
Cook for about 20-25 minutes stirring a couple times.
Let completely cool before serving
