Stuffing Potato Bites

These stuffing potato bites are so simple to make and are the perfect starter for your Thanksgiving day. Four ingredients is all you will need.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Stove Top Stuffing
  • 4 oz instant potatoes
  • .87 package turkey gravy
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Cook stuffing and instant potatoes as directed on packages
  • Grease a mini muffin tin
  • Fill tins with 1/8 cup of stuffing forming a bowl like shape
  • Fill stuffing cups with mashed potatoes
  • Cook for 18 minutes
  • While cooking prepare gravy as directed on package
  • Pop bites out of tins with spoon and serve with a side of gravy

Notes

  • You can cook these a little bit ahead of time and then pop them in the microwave for 30 seconds to a minute.
  • If you already have extra stuffing, mashed potatoes, and gravy on hand you don't have to buy any extra ingredients. Just use what you have.
  • You could do something different and make these in bigger muffin tins and serve your stuffing and mashed potatoes like this for your turkey day meal.
  • You can also put the mashed potatoes in a ziploc bag and cut a small slit at the corner and squirt the mashed potatoes into the stuffing cups for a nicer looking display.
