- 2 lbs red potatoes
- 3/4 cup spicy mustard
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp sugar
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Chop potatoes into bite size pieces and put in a bowl
Mix together all other ingredients and pour over potatoes and mix
Add potatoes to a baking sheet and cook for 50 minutes. Stirring potatoes every 15 minutes
