White Chicken Chili

- 2 chicken breast havles 3 cups chicken
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 can white corn drained
- 2 cans great northern beans drained
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Add butter to a pot over medium heat and melt then whisk in flour and keep stirring for 2 minutes
Add whipping cream and stir for 2 minutes
Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil.
Turn heat to a shimmer and cook for 35 more minutes or until the desired consistency
