This sausage and cabbage skillet is a quick and easy meal you can whipped up in 15 minutes. Just throw all the ingredients in one pan for a quick dinner.
Add cabbage, red wine vinegar, and Tony's seasoning and cook for 5 minutes
Add sausage and cook for another 5 minutes

If you need some time saving tips you can always cut your cabbage and sausage ahead of time and store them in ziploc bags until you are ready to cook later.
I believe 10 minutes cooking is perfect for this recipe because the cabbage still has a little crunch. But if you like softer cabbage cook the cabbage alone for an extra 10 minutes.
You can always addonions to this recipe if you prefer. Add them right after the butter has melted and cook for 10 minutes before adding the cabbage.
And of course you can substitute the red cabbage for green cabbage if that is more to your liking.
I personally buy the pre cooked smoked turkey sausage, but favorite sausage is Polska kielbasa and if it was up to picking the best tasting this would be it.
Also if you have any leftover sausage, like I did one time from some BBQ we ordered, that is great too.
