This chopped Caprese salad isn't only pretty to look at, but tastes great also. Simple to make and will really wow your crowd.

- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1 oz Mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup Chopped basil
- 3 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic reduction sauce
Chop tomatoes into 4 pieces
Mix basil, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and garlic powder and pour over tomatoes and mix well
Use your stacking rings and start with a layer of mozzarella balls, then a layer of tomatoes. Continue until you reach the top of your rings.
Slowly pull your rings up and off. Drizzle with balsamic reduction
