Ingredients

  • 2 lbs red potatoes
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp sriracha

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Chop up potatoes into bite size pieces
  • Mix together mayo and sriracha and add to potatoes and mix together
  • Grease a baking pan and add potatoes and cook for 1 hour.  Turn potatoes every 15 minutes
