2 lbs red potatoes 1 cup mayo 2 tbsp sriracha
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Chop up potatoes into bite size pieces
Mix together mayo and sriracha and add to potatoes and mix together
Grease a baking pan and add potatoes and cook for 1 hour. Turn potatoes every 15 minutes
