Spicy Parmesan Ranch Almonds

together for the perfect snack.

Almonds are one of my favorite snacks. And better yet they are healthy for you. I will add almonds to almost everything. I just love that crunch that almonds add.

Now I will say almonds do have a bland type flavor. So why not spruce them up a little with some flavor. That’s where these spicy ranch Parmesan almonds come in.

Whether you are making them as a snack for yourself or for a crowd these almonds will sure to please. Double or triple the recipe if you are making these for a crowd.

These almonds are so simple to make. Just preheat your oven to 275 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl combined the almonds and egg whites and mix very well to make sure every almond is coated with egg white.

Drain any leftover egg whites and then mix in the ranch dressing seasoning. Now line out the almonds on the baking sheet and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes and mix around.

Cook for about 20-25 minutes stirring a couple times. Let them cool before you serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of whole almonds
  • 1/8 cup of egg whites
  • 1 1/2 TSP ranch dressing seasoning
  • 1 TSP Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 TSP red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 275 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
