This Greek pizza has all the great flavors of the Mediterranean all put together in one tasty meal.

So I’m basically in love with Greek food. I’ve pretty much have always been. Do you remember back in the day when Jack in the Box use to have a gyro on their menu? That was my favorite thing to get as a kid.

After they discontinued that item getting a gyro was not easy to get. So off to a Greek restaurant we would have to go. Luckily for us our local mall had a great Greek place that is actually still there.

As I’ve gotten older my love of going to the mall has diminished. I have become a bargain shopper so the mall doesn’t quite do it for me. But I did stop off at the mall a couple times I was pregnant to pick up my favorite gyro. Can’t fight those pregnancy cravings.

So you can understand my excitement when I saw this gyro meat in the freezer section at my local Sam’s club. I couldn’t grab it fast enough ready to try. Oh and it’s so good too. I had gyro meat for days.

Within the box are two separate packages so you don’t have to eat all the meat at once. Open one package now and then another a couple months from now. Unfortunately I believe Sam’s is only going to keep this gyro meat for a limited time.

I wanted something more than a gyro so that’s where this Greek pizza came to life. What could go wrong with some gyro meat, nana bread, hummus, feta, and more. All those flavors put together make one happy mouth.

This recipe is so simple too. Just lay out your nana bread, add a layer of hummus and then start with your toppings. Pop that in the oven and let it heat up all those wonderful flavors.

When its done add your tzazike sauce on top and you’re ready to enjoy. The perfect size personal pizza for your next meal. Or even make it an appetizer by cutting it up in smaller pieces.

Greek pizza is delicious! Although pizza isn’t traditional to Greece, it is popular there. These ingredients give regular pizza a traditional Greek flair.
