What’s in Spicy Ranch Jalapeno Dip?
- Jalapeno cream cheese– Philadelphia came out with this amazing jalapeno cream cheese. Not sure if other brands make jalapeno cream cheese, but if so I’m sure they will work just fine
- Sour cream– Regular sour cream is what I suggest, the light version tastes so much different.
- Spicy ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix– I loved when Hidden Valley came out with this spicy version of their ranch dressing mix. It’s not actually spicy, but gives a nice flavor
What can I serve this with?
- Potato chips is the obvious choice. I love using ruffles or regular lays potato chips
- Veggies– this dip goes great if serving a vegetable tray for a party or get together
- Pizza -rather using regular ranch to dip your pizza in this gives a nice touch
- Chicken wings because adding a little more spice to chicken wings is always a good choice

You can easily store this dip in an air tight container for up to a week. So if you are making this for your own enjoyment you have a whole week to enjoy it.
Tips and Tricks
- Let the cream cheese sit out for a bit to soften up so it’s easier to mix together
- Throughout mixing scrape down the sides of the food processor bowl because some of the dip goes up the side of the bowl and you want it all to evenly mix
- I suggest refrigerating after mixing for a bit to help it thicken up a little bit. An hour should be good but can sit for longer
- This recipe isn’t a SUPER thick dip, but if you are wanting more of a spread double the cream cheese
