Ingredients

  • 1 lb medium shrimp
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lime
  • 1 bundle cilantro optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)
  • In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper
  • In a large bowl, toss the shrimp, sliced bell peppers, and onion with the olive oil and the seasoning mixture
